On September 15th 2008 the IGCEMA has set-up a meeting with industry leaders to discuss the declining number of Equipment Technicians entering our industry. This declining number poses problems in the future of managing golf courses and equipment properly which leads to increasing costs of maintenance and less than perfect conditions.
